Wolfgang Tumulka is one of the leading boarding school experts in Germany, with more than 30 years of experience. He founded his own private secondary school as well as numerous intensive tutoring studios and private schools. He founded Euro-Internatsberatung as long ago as 1979 – the first private school and boarding school consultation service of its kind in Germany

Wolfgang Tumulka is married with two daughters. He is able to draw on years of experience of boarding schools himself – both as a student and a father.

Martina Wieser has worked as a consultant for Euro-Internatsberatung for over 10 years. She studied applied linguistics and cultural studies at the Johannes Gutenberg University in Mainz. Having participated in many study programs in the US and as a result of close contact with our English-language partner schools, she has in-depth knowledge of the school and university systems in the English-speaking world and can provide comprehensive and expert consultation.

Dr. Elena Ongyerth (University of Rome)

Elena Ongyerth attended a private school in the UK herself, after which she went on to study journalism and political science in Dortmund, Urbino and Rome. She later developed media-based English language learning programs for young children and created an award-winning concept for a German-English pre-school. She now has a son and works for Euro-Internatsberatung as a consultant for international boarding schools.

Eric Brodka

Father of 15-year-old triplet daughters and former student of Ettal boarding school, Eric Brodka knows both sides from first-hand experience. As an author, composer and presenter of the language education series Ben und Bella and Croco Loco, the Language Adventure, Eric Brodka has an excellent reputation throughout Europe. He joined the Euro team in June 2008 as a freelance consultant, contributing his long experience of living abroad.

Rosanna Batmanova

Rosanna Batmanova is the founder and managing director of the first private bureau for integration and education issues in Germany and thus has many years of experience in counselling parents and children.

Ulrich Kindscher taught in adult education and boarding schools for over 20 years. He was head of a boarding school for over 15 years. Ulrich Kindscher has worked for Euro-Internatsberatung since 1997. As well as focusing on school and boarding school consultation, he has been closely involved in the development and practical implementation of the Euro Career Centre and is thus an expert on post-secondary school training and study opportunities.

Rita Wettengl

Rita Wettengl studied languages, business and culture at universities in Pavia, Vienna, Munich and Passau. Based on her 10-year experience as an assistant lecturer and course counsellor, she is able to provide comprehensive counselling on all issues relating to the choice of university course and subsequent processes. As she also works as an examiner and consultant at the University of Passau, she is able to keep track of the constant changes occurring in the university system.
